Staff are very firendly and courteous. When we reported poor tv reception in our room , the staff were very prompt to attend to our problem and got the problem immediately. While the daily breakfast spread was good, it is the same everyday. It would be nice if the hotel could change a few dishes daily so as to have a diferent variety daily.

Hotel located in a nice quiet area of Bangkok, a little far away from the main shopping district but the free shuttle bus that ran at 10.00am would get you there in about 10 mins. The breakfast was amazing, and all the staff were all polite and helpful. The room was also very nice.

We were a family of five (3 young kiddies). When booking online it was suggested that I only needed to book one room. When we turned up there were only two beds in the room. We topped and tailed. It wasn't ideal but it was a large room and the housekeeping was outstanding. Lots of taxes on the services when you eat out - something like 33%. Overall it was a pleasant stay and the pool was great!

We stayed there for 3 nights from 29th oct to 1st nov 07. Its a nice hotel with good quiet location, good restaurantts, nice pool and overall ambience.Breakfast spread was excellent,a great way to start your day. But room could have been better. There were cracks in the bath tub which were not pleasing to the eye. At the end of the day when you switch on the T.V. then dont expect much, only a few channels to chose from.
All the major malls are just 10 minutes away(by walk).Dont take taxi parked outside the hotel as they would want to take you to gems' handicraft Showrooms to make their commission.
Taxi is much cheaper than tuk tuk as it runs on meter. Minimum fare is 35 baht, 5 baht per km thereon.tuk tuk is expensive but more adventurous.
Location of the hotel is very peaceful but still close enough to all major malls.
I will rate the hotel as good value for money

Reception was not real helpful and "happy" to provide assistance when we requested for assistance. When we requested to use the hotel safe at the lobby, and was being rejected. Guess some important documents require some visiual sercurity. But was sad to mention that such service was not being provided.

Staff were well trained, efficient and polite. The rooms were great and the gym was good. However the swimming pool was a little small but good enough for a quick splash. Do beware of the illegal taxis outside the hotel. Those guys will certainly take you for a ride.

A rather old hotel. Quite close to the BTS station (15 minutes' walk). But can be an awful experience by walking to the station through the busy street and on hot or rainy days. The only advanageous aspect is that it is near to the airport express way, so that the annoying city traffic can be avoided when travelling from or to the airport. Seems to be better for business trips.

The Hotel was nice, and they had a variety and american choices for breakfast. I didn't like the fact that they charge for all the local call, and the internet was very expensive to use in the business center. The rooms was just average, but the bath was nice with seperate showers. It had a nice gym, and spa. I would recommend to someone who was just looking for somewhere to sleep, and wasn't expecting too much service, and good buy for the money.

Our stay at Century Park did not begin well. Found bellboy service to be poor - had to wait so long for bags to be taken down on checkout we did it ourselves, and also had to wait too long for our luggage to be retrieved from left luggage service. Would also recommend patrons hail their own taxis as we again had to wait 10 minutes for the ordered cab when there were several empty ones driving by. We booked a deluxe room, which was fine, spacious bathroom with separate bath and shower, good views. Buffet breakfast had a huge selection. Impressive bar and lobby area.

the hotel is excellent choice for those who want to be central in Bangkok to explore, a few minutes walk to the sky train station, ideal location to get to the shopping centres and markets ,the hotel room we had was deluxe and was very spacious , clean , and well stocked bar and toiletries. the pool was amazing, the price for the room was very good better than a lot of hotels I stayed in Bangkok before , the staff though slightly distant were very professional , the breakfast was good with a large selection of European ,Japanese and Thai, on the whole a really good four class star hotel that delivers a five star service, a hotel that I would be going back to again.

What I like most in Century Park Hotel is the food. I think they make it a point to serve food which caters to the tastes of their various guests. Area for improvement would be the staff friendliness. The staff were helpful but i feel they were just doing it because it's their job. I think it'll be much better if they do it with the purpose of making their guests more comfortable and enjoy their stay at their hotel.
