I rate staff effiiciency as only good as the chambermaid only provided 2 bath towels a day when there were 3 registered guests for the room.Other than these the services provided by the staff were excellent. I thank them for my enjoyable stay at the hotel....

Good location and overall good service. Everything was almost perfect except for the following things.
1) Traffic jam around the area make going in and out a bit troublesome.
2) Breakfast is good but variety can be improve.
3) No chinese channels on the TV programme.
Good hotels and will highly recommend for people who want good location.

With easy access to the shopping malls we realised it was a stroke of genius staying here especially when raining,choosing the Centara with its modern roomy decor,pleasant staff and everywhere immaculate is a wonderful experience.We look forward to staying again.

It was bad timing for me as there was a 2 day convention during my stay and rooms were fully booked.This caused longer waiting time for the lifts in the morning as well as in the evening.

people are nice and friendly and they can understand and speak english quite fully. the room and bathroom are nice. aircon is not that cool. i got up 2-3am because it was warm and had to adjust the aircon temperature. when i drank coffee and left the wrapper on the table, in just a few minutes, a lot of ants were already on the table. they need to improve on their dishes. the food is not sumptuous and the vainds that we had on our 1st day are the same vaind the next day. needs to improve food assorty and variety. there's no welcome drink. they can add this as add'l service.

Location is great as it is in the heart of the city and right next to many top malls. Also right next to sytrain station. Rooms were great and very modern. Very nice hotel overall. Modern, clean and had all necessary facilities. Pool, bar, resturant, Gym were all there. Polite and agreed to late checkout without a fuss. Middle of city, on top of centerworld and next to Siam Paragon.
