I had a suit booked so I was very happy with the room decor and size. It also had a nice view and full length windows which was good to look out at the skyline. Bar, limo , pool , gym were all well organised and good standard. Staff were very effecient without being overpowering. Very courteous. Very close to the Suhkimvit area but just off from the hassel. Good quality hotel and nice and peaceful....

The hotel was good with very good room service, i.e. sheets and pillow-cases were changed daily and the cleaning was excellent. The breakfast was good and we were very happy with food at the hotel. The reception looked very dated and was below the standard of many equivalent hotels in appearance, but functioned well.

We stayed on the club floor so the room was over sized ...turn down service not so good. The pool water was a little cloudy some days but on the whole a good hotel would stay there again

Bel-Aire rates well in my books. The room was big and the air condition worked well. The staff was quite competent. It is located in the Arab section of BKK. Constant nite life and a myriad of bars were only a few blocks away. There were only 2 negatives: if you need to plug something in, the room outlets only accommodate 2 pronged plugs. You would have to ask at the desk for an adapter. There is only room internet access in executives suites. You would need to pay to use the 2 public computers they have in the lobby.

We were disappointed with the location of the hotel as it is some way from the places we wanted to see - however, the skytrain is not too far away. What disappointed us most was the run down area where the hotel is located and the rather "tired" look of the hotel, it has certainly seen better days! OK for one or two nights.

Hotel located in a very quite spot, nevertheless not to far off the main attractions. the room was quite old and compared to other hotels in that price range almost less than average. however it was clean and quiet. very good breakfast buffet. the pool was ok, however the breakfast area was very tiny. nevertheless the food quality was excellent. service was all in all good.
