A great little hotel at a reasonable price in a central location that's easy to reach from the airport. But make sure your taxi driver uses both expressway toll roads otherwise you'll be sitting in traffic. The rooms are great, there isn't much in the way of public areas, but the staff are very helpful. ...

for all 3 nights i was there, i was rudely awoken by an air conditioning system that did not function "fully" - it was kept on for a couple of hours and off for more. it's the most ridiculous "hotel" room i've ever stayed in. and the staff is completely "useless" in helping me. one thing is for sure i will not go back again and will definitely ask my friends not to too. as mentioned, the air conditioning system does not work and i was awoken every night i was there due to the heat!
the staff are completely useless in trying to help at all. there are mosquitoes and ants in the room! this is the first hotel room i stayed that actually has ants crawling around!

Check in was smooth and front desk staff were freindly.
Room was all right and clean with a large LCD TV. But there were only two English movie channels. No news or music channels in English. To my experience this is common in most of the similar hotels in Bangkok.
Bathroom was average in size and clean. Would have rated excellent if there was a bath tub.
Initialy I booked a superior room for two nights, Then I extend it by further three nights. "Hotel travel" handled my amendement to the original booking smoothly. Thank you very much "Hotel Travel", the hotel and the staff.
Over all good stay.

The Room size are very small and the internet charges in the room are very high wherein in today's wire free world it should be minimum.

The hotel superior room is quite small but cozy. Despite air-conditioned, there is one or two mosquitoes invaded the room. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. But the extra bed is little too soft for comfort. The breakfast menu is different every day. Though not much varieties, the food are quite good. However, not many cab drivers know the location of the hotel. If you want to have a feel of how boutique hotel is like and the kind of personal service
they delivered, it is worth staying there for a few nights. It would really be a bonus if there is a swimming pool.

I like the personalized services rendered by the hotel staff... nevertheless it would be great if the turn around time for check is improved. my family and i have to wait about 45 mins to check in. we arrived at about 11.45 noon... and the volume of music in the court yard can be lowered after certain hours to allow guests to sleep. Over all it is value for money.

The room is too small for 2 persons even though the shower is fine. Furnishing is too compact and hardly any space to move around for the price. Miserable breakfast and the hotel staff esp. at the reception aren't too friendly. Air-conditioning is poor. I stayed in another 3 star hotel which I have payed less and a much nicer and bigger room. Will not return to this so called boutique hotel again unles it has been ungraded.

It is a 3 star hotel do not expect much. Too noisy if you are closer to the roadside, had to change a room during our stay. Staff are helpful. Breakfast was awful, very little choice and same every day with very slow service if you require coffee/tea or eggs.

Although the room is called a "Superior" room, there is nothing superior about the size of it. It is just a tastefully decorated "tiny" room. Rather limited standing space left after you come back with all those bags from shopping sprees at Pratunam or Chatuchak. Superior room is too small for long term stay.
But in defense of the room, it is very nicely decorated and has a cozy and warm touch. It is very clean. I got the room further away from the main road, so it is pretty quiet.
The staff is very helpful and always ready to serve your whim. Many of them speak rather good English. Be warned, the hotel does not have a lift, so you'll be depending on the helpful porters if you have extra heavy luggages.
I dare say they serve the best tasting breakfast amongst the few other hotels that I've previously stayed in. Do not mistake me, I mentioned taste, not variety. It is just a small buffet spread but the chefs do pay attention to the taste. Made me look forward to the early mornings.
Convenience wise, the location is easily accessible. If you're looking for lots of night life, then stick to the Silom area. Surrounded by office blocks, it tends to be noisy in the day and rather peaceful at nights. It is just a 2-3 minute stroll to the Petchaburi MRTA (subway) station. The nearest BTS station is Asok Station which is a good 15-25 minute walk.
Overall, I say Bangkok Boutique is quite worthwhile. I'll definitely come back if my stay is less than 7 nights. For lo

Very Friendly and helpful staffs. Good decor but rough finishing. Rooms need to be maintained more properly though. Breakfast must be improved with time extension to at least 11-11.30 am. Near to subway and river taxi.
Overall, a good experience of our stay there. Will consider to return.

Hotel was nice, and close to new BTS station. No elevator for uppper floors, and I was left to switch rooms with my own heavy suitcase. Rooms are stylish and not too small. Shower was good, as was A/C. No eggs for breakfast, though. In-room safe was welcome, but an unlocked sliding door led to a small balcony that was reachable from other rooms. A request to managment to lock it (since there was no key available to me) was met with a promise to do so - an empty promise, however, as it was still unlocked when I returned several hours later. Bed is quite firm, and street noise was minimal. TV had BBC, and some sports channel in English.

what I liked about staying in this hotel is that it based in the busiest street of Bangkok, but once you got to the hotel you find yourself in another world of peace. Very much enjoyed staying at this place and will recomend for people who would like to stay away from boring sheratons, hyatts etc.

Not many taxi drivers know the hotel location, but near to MRT (abt 5min walk) I booked a Superior room for 2, but only found a set of slipper, toothbrush, etc. in the room. In the end, need to call them for the 2nd set. Hotel is new, look much better & cleaner than many other hotels in BKK. Will consider to stay there again.

I paid for a Superior room, well not too much of superior but its clean and nice though. Just that it is a little small for "superior" feel. Very near to Petchaburi MRTA station which is like 5 minutes walking or less.

Overall stay was pleasant with the exception that the airconditioning in Room 223 was not functioning properly. Besides that, the traffic in front of the hotel was jammed regularly. The jam on Sukhumvit 21 can last from 15mins to 30mins during peak hours.

I was very happy with the staff professionalism, location of the hotel specially in terms of cleanliness. I got a very good help from the website aswell. The only thing lacking in the hotel was a Bath Tub. Though the Bathrooms were big and spacious but I felt that the Tub is a necessity these days if it has a weather like Thailand as clients will feel more relaxed and at leisure. STILL ENJOYED TOO MUCH.

This is a great travellers' hotel, stylish, clean, close to public transport. The service is excellent, everyone is friendly and try to be helpful, but don't expect to be pampered. get a room that faces the courtyard, otherwise its very noisy outside. All in all, you get what you pay for - budget hotel and a bit more. Recommendation for the sightseers, if you are here to visit the palace and temples, get a location by the river and take the ferry. cabbing in bangkok is sure to leave you frustrated.

The reception is nice, the staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and quiet, but room sizes are small even for the superior rooms (this was the main detraction). I was informed that the standard rooms do not have a safe in them, but they do. There is no swimming pool, and there are no spa facilities or a hair salon located at/in the hotel, and the massage services provided are relatively expensive by general Bangkok standards (1,000 Baht for a 2 hour massage, and 600 Baht for a 1 hour foot massage, all at the hotel room only). There is an underground station (Petchaburi – this runs to Chatuchak/Jatujak market) less than 1km away from the hotel and the nearest BTS line (Asoke) which runs overhead is approximately 15 mins walk away. As for the location vis a vis shopping and entertainment, there are, in my view, no interesting outlets nearby (Emporium is about a 10 mins car ride away in normal traffic). There is construction going on around the area at the mom
