Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean however it has this old smell of a carpet. Carpets needs to be replaced because they have stains already. Over all, we enjoyed our stay there.

IMO the location is great for shoppers. But the hotel itself in my eyes is more like 2 stars. Baiyoke suite is very very old. The sink do not work all sealed off. No utensils except a teaspoon. You get 2 free miniature bottle of water daily. The view is very very dirty.Windows need to be cleaned BAD and the balcony is very very dirty.Overall it is very dirty and old but if you're there for the shopping then this is the place to be no where else. Also I love the amount of channels it had for my selection. the rooms are soacious too. You have 2 seperate rooms that are generous size. I will definitely come back or to baiyoke sky which is a 3minute straight walk from baiyoke suite.

our stay in this hotel was not satisfying because the moment we check in,there was no one to greet us in the information desk, and when we finished to check-in and got our room,we ask for a reconsideration for us to stay a little longer in our room the following day for check-out because we will need to go to the airport at 9pm. so we have no where else to go,but unfortunately, they did not allow us to stay a little longer..

I feel disappointed for this hotel Baiyoke Suite . Last time I & my husband were stayed in that hotel , feel that happy & value added for this hotel . Then we are decide to stay in Baiyoke suite Hotel again for next coming family trip . Feel .........Disappointed . We are 4 adult + 1 infrant but the room that they give to us are very small , can't imaging. Supposed be 2 room or join room they give but i get 1 room + extra bed . The breakfast provided is not much . I still can acceptable but non value added . The location is very good & convenient to us .

The standard suite room we stayed in looked a lot better in picture than actual. Rugs were old and bathroom not clean. However, lobby was impressive. It was more like an inn than a hotel. But location was good bec. in the center of shopping area, Pratunam. Also, room smelled of cigarette butts. But would rate the breakfast at the skylounge as excellent bec. of good food and magnificent view of the city.Rooms need refurbishing and rennovation, though spacious. thanks.

Location is good but it seems rather congested for at hotel entrance. The rooms are dirty with paint peeling off doors and cupboards. Carpets looked really old and filthy. I must say the size of the room is good. They are in serious need of renovations and maintenance. I think we can get a better hotel for the same price.

The location of Hotel is quite good and convenient. It is very nice location for holiday purpose because environment around look like at your hometown. Booking online with HotelTravel seem to be very easy, save and safe. The hotel facility is so poor and old. It is not good for a hotel like Baiyoke! Breakfast is bad, really, most of all so cool instead of hot actually.

I have stayed at the Baiyoke Suite Hotel twice now and each time I have had an Executive Suite. The price for the room is fantastic, the location is superb, the views of Bangkok city are great. The restaurant view is fabulous. However, the quality of everything is cheap. The decor is old and tired, the sheets on the bed had holes and the quality of the food at the restaurant is barely average. Why eat in when there is so much wonderful food out on the street. Given the price for the rooms I cannot complain. I know the decor and furnishings will be low quality because the room rate is low. The rooms and furnishings are actually very comfortable. If you want top quality and prepared to pay for it then stay at Siam City or Amari Watergate. If you want amazing value for money, then you cannot go passed Baioke Suite. I will be staying here again for sure.

The location is really good. It is not so far from well known shopping malls such as Platinum Mall, MBK, Siem ..etc. But, the hotel rooms are too old to stay. Washing Basin is broken. Bath tube is a little bit dirty. Room floor is full of dust. The smell in the room is also not pleasant. Especially, be careful to some hotel stuff as they want to cheat to guest. Breakfast is not so bad but the buffet sets in every day is almost same. As for me, this will be the last time I chose to Baiyoke Suite Hotel. I won't chose it anymore even I decide to come again to Bangkok.

Here I separate it into 2 sections; Good & Bad Points.Good Points: 1) Good location for shopping at Pratunam area. 2) Rooms are big enough for 3 to 4 persons. 3) Good view at 43rd floor for breakfast or dinning. Bad Points:1) Rooms are not well upkept. 2) Strong carpet smell once entered into the room (especially when those rooms are not being occupied for a long period of time, thus these smell may generated from the heat accummulated within the room). 3) Furnitures are pretty old and dull looking with no hangers for clothings. 4) Room lightings are insufficients, pretty dim throughout. 5) Water tap are a little loose thought it work fine for my room. 6) Toilet are clean but the overall setup condition is a little downside. 7) Exterior wall paraphet are stained with swallow waste which spoilt the atmosphere of a good view of the city at high floor. Thus, the Overall is not quite good for a stay in this hotel except for its good location for shopping and affortable room rate. If this hotel can improve its room cleaningness, furnitures and carpets, it is a very good place to stay for a holiday trip. Don't think I will be staying at this hotel again on my next trip to Thailand unless those improvement was done. Smelly carpet, old furnitures and toilet outlook. Foos standard is reasonable for my breakfast break. It is reasonably quite as the hotel is slightly away from the main road. Good location for shopping at Pratunam area and near to Siam Square. Though transportation is easily available but be expecting traffic congestion.

We stayed in a triple room. The good thing about the room is that it is very spacious. Bad thing about it is that it is very very old. the wordrobe seemed to be falling off anytime. the aircondition made noises and the curtains were filthy. Breakfast has a quite a wide variety but doesnt taste good. We only ate for the first morning and the subsequent mornings we decided to skip the breakfast and have it somewhere else (rather pay for our breakfast than eating the one in the hotel) Location wise is pretty convenient cos its in the middle of pratunam shopping area. overall, we paid USD$90+ a night for a triple room but i think in Bangkok, we could have gotten a much better hotel with this price.

Location is the only good thing about this hotel - it's within walking distance to Platinum and Central World. The rooms are very old-fashioned that hasn't changed since the 1980s, though spacious enough. The breakfast buffet is pretty awful. But it's cheap, so you get what you pay for I guess!

The location is good for those who loves shopping. Room is unexpectedly big. Not much choice of TV channels in English/Mandarin...almost all in Thai. The breakfast spread is wonderful and staff are friendly and professional. Will definitely go back again. It is really a suite that can infact accomodate 3-4 persons. The concierge are very helpful. Two of them infact used mandarin to communicate with my mother. Very professional and friendly. Pratunam market is just at your doorstep. Central World Plaza and Siam Paragon is just a 15 minutes walk away. Too busy shopping.. It gets really quiet at night as the stalls closed at 6pm. We returned to the hotel one night at 8pm and the street to my hotel was totally dark, without street lights. Have to walk 5-7 minutes to main road. No sky train available. Roads quite narrow and makes it quite difficult for taxis to go in.

Been there for five days and would like to comment that the place is surrounded by markets and shopping centre but the bts is to far away and need to walk abt 15 to 20 mins. The rooms are in a mess and serious need a lot of make over. The blankets are dirty but the house keeping is doing a good job by trying their best to clean up the room.Overall, the price paid is not justified.tks.

Getting into this hotel was quite confusing, as it has 2 other sister hotels in the vicinity (is it baiyoke 1 or 2?) I had to pay an additional 100 bahts to the taxi driver to get the right baiyoke (is it bai-yok or bai-yo-keh?) Anyway, once we stepped inside the hotel it was efficiency all the way to the room, a surprisingly spacious one with adequate facilities. Even the spouse's initial skepticism turned into delight and excitement as the location is right smack in one big shopping oasis. An added convenience is the halal breakfast for muslims. Highly recommended hotel!

My room was on 41st storey which gave us the best scene of the whole Bangkok.....The room was so spacious.....Hotel should take some effort to change the breakfast menu daily served in Sky Lounge...every day is the same food...abit boring. If I'm not wrong, 42nd storey and 43rd storey was linked...could be storage or kitchen for Sky Lounge...therefore we could hear alot of noise in the early morning and late night...very disturbing....

Stayed in their Deluxe Sutie. Can feel that it was newly renovated, thus room was good and well equiped. Few things that need to improve are the shower tap (difficult to catch a constant water temperature), bedroom aircon not cold enough, main door to the room difficult to close. Overall, I would say it was good.

Lifts much improved recently. AC noisy in bedroom, but considering price suite is good value. Reasonable walk/taxi to BTS, but right in centre of Pratunam market area.

The good :perfect location, right in the midst of Pratunam market, good view from room, plenty of lifts, free breakfast with an excellent view from the restaraunt. The not so good : noisy air con in room, very firm bed, room temperature milk on my breakfast cereal! Overall, not too bad a stay, would stay there again, i'd hate to pay full price though.

Was given a double bed room in a smoking floor as non-smoking floor only got 2 twin beds. No TV in this room. Turn out to be a blessing as my kid have to watch TV in the hall & there is more space for luggage packing in the room. Should change the menu as there are too many "egg" items, food is ok if you dun mind the same food daily.

While bathroom, cleanliness and furnishings is just average, the location is very good - at the heart of Pratunam garment market. Since our room is on 35th floor, We have a nice view of the city. I will choose this hotel next time I come Bangkok.

This hotel is located at the best area in Bangkok. Near shopping malls and to Pratunam market. Easy to take taxi outside the hotel. Big rooms with a beautiful view over Bangkok. Breakfast is served on the 43 th floor with a great view over Bangkok. Good breakfast with many things to choose from. I really recommend this hotel. This was my 3rd visit at this hotel and I stay next time I come to Bangkok with my family. Clean and good pool. but more sunbeds at the pool should be great. The hotel´ve just 5 sunbeds and some chairs.

Although the hotel may be quite a distant away from the BTS skytrain, but the nearby shopping amenities made up for that. With the price paid for the hotel, i was pleasantly surprise by the service provided as well as the comfort of the room. During the first day of my stay, the thermo flask was spoilt and i called for housekeeping. The staff was prompt in retreving the damaged flask from my room, providing me with a new one and filling it with water, all that in just 5 minutes. Overall, the stay has been great.

A great place to stay for a cheap price in the heart of a thriving wholesale shopping district. Breakfast -hot food was mostly cool to cold. eggs, toast and fruit ok. Other food unedible for me. Small restaurant/cafe- ok not great would not eat in dining room-unsure if it was like the breakfast Very clean and spacious rooms with basic, dated facilities. Breakfast is included in price but may not suit everyone. Staff are pleasant but not overly helpful.

The hotel's staff were very efficient and friendly. However, the room where I stayed needed a bit more cleaning. It looked clean and pleasant, but the carpet in front of the television smelled of urine, and there were ants on the lavatory inside the bathroom.

The hotel is right in the heart of Pratunum which is very convenient for shopping.Service staff at the reception was good and bell captain at the was helpful. However on our return journey to the airport ended on unhappy note when I realised that he got a van for us to take us to the airport for 600 bahts when we could have taken a taxi for 300. He promised us a big car which turned out to be a mini-van.He could have been more honest and got a taxi or the van but not at the exorbitant price.

Good hotel near the best shopping area in Bangkok, Pratunam. Near to markets and shoppingmalls. Easy to take Taxi just outside the hotel. The room was big but bathroom was in poor condition. It was absolute quiet.Pool was clean but it could be more sunbeds beside the pool. Breakfast buffe was very good and it was served at the top floor with a beautiful view over Bangkok. The staff was friendly and helpful. Sometimes we had to wait for the elevator for a long time but I can recommend this hotel and I will stay here again because it has the best location and you have plenty of place in the rooms with fridge and safe and TV.

An older hotel that has had some recent renovations. Suite was huge but the bathroom desperately needs renovation. Food service was good for breakfast and other meals. Breakfast food was not always hot. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were originally placed on the 31st floor and requested a move to a lower floor. This was handled expeditiously by reception who were very attentive to our needs. Care is needed with the tour desk who qouted later pick up times than was actually the case. On each occasion we booked, we were phoned by the tour company with up pick up time up to an hour earlier than we had been told by the tour desk. Right in the heart of the Pratunam shopping district. Heaps of local buses, taxis & tuk tuks but a 10-12 minute walk to the sky train. This is a budget hotel and good value but it is not the hotel for you if you want to be more up-market.

Excellent location, good service and friendly staff. Large and clean rooms, but the furnishing is rather old. The prices are fairly low. Over all a good place to stay at. Close to shopping areas and city center. Good comunications. You have a few choices. The buffet and the breakfast are good, but much like they are at most other hotels. The restaurant on the 43rd floor offer breathtaking views and fairly low prices. The pool is clean and ok for svimming and relaxing, but the pool area is not very beautiful. Affordable prices, good value for the money and great views from the restaurant.

The Furnishing of the rooms may be a bit old, but it is clean. The size of the room is big. with separate rooms for bed and living room, but means u cannot watch the TV in bed. Only soap, shampoo (from dispenser) and shower cap are provided. Bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, comb... View from Breakfast area is good.

The lifts are under maintenance to serve the holiday goners better, but the lifts are shared with the hotel personnels and have to be waited for quite a long while especially during the breakfast timing.... thereby time is wasted and there's not much ventilation at level 14 while waiting for the lifts. Location is good in terms of shopping, transportation. Service is not efficient especially when calls have been made to the receiptionists informing them about the air-conditioners are not functioning properly in one of the rooms and it took them about 45 mins before the technician came to check the air-conditioners and you have to personally went down to request for a change of room. thus, service is consider poor.

Main positive point is size of room, which is large with separate living room. However the furniture and fittings are dated and rather worn, but kept clean. There is a kitchen area but no cooking facilities just hot water boiler. Strangely there was a sink but no taps. The lifts can be slow at busy times(around breakfast time). Location is good for shoppping, with its own shopping centre on lower floors and next to pratunam market, but not close to skytrain or mrt. Decent beakfast buffet is served on top(43rd) floor, with good views over bkk. Overall i was pleased with the hotel for the price paid, the large room making up for other misgivings. It must be the best value in bangkok purely in terms of room area for the money.

Rm 395 had a foul smell from the bathroom which took 2 days to clear, maybe because the room was not in use for a long time as bed spread had a layer of dust. Rm 396 hot shower did not work well, became too hot and when adjusting cold water, hot water stops. Hotel seems run down and perhaps thats why there is a renovation. 2 lifts were only operating due to renovation, hope they have faster lifts. Breakfast was the same everyday, not much changes. However, good view from where we are staying.

The hotel's location is so convenient that there are food and shopping surrounding the hotel and the World Trade Centre is just walking distance! To add on to that, the price of Baiyoke suite room with panaromic view of Bangkok City is rock bottom low in comparison to other hotels in the same location. I have stayed there twice and wil definitely choose this hotel again for its good service, location and price.

The location is best situated with lot of small shops and especially very busy during the Sunday from morning to evening time. Within walking distance to World Trade Centre, Isetan, Gaysorn etc. But one thing fall back during my stayed there fr 24 Nov - 28 Nov was the renovation is still on, very inconvience to take the lift, only 1 lift was working out of 4 lifts. The room service is very good and fast when we ordered in room services, the service rendered within 15 minutes when we ordered food. The stay there was a wonderful experiences.

We stayed here for 2 nights in May 2004. Its location is pretty convenient for shopping, but the hotel itself is average. The rooms are spacious, being converted apartments from what I hear. Cleanliness is so-so. But it's a pretty cheap hotel and a decent value for the money if you just want a place to sleep.

Room was old, furnishings very run down. Aircon wasn't working in the main bedroom, so we had to move the bed out into the living room. Didn't bother dealing with reception which was very rude when we checked in. Good price though and the location is excellent if you're in bangkok for the bargains. The breakfast included is pretty standard - no complaints there.
