The location is good, very convenient to go to the happening places. The hotel room quite old and the security of the door lock is poor, anyone can easily break into the room. The surrounding of the rooms was very noisy.Hotel Facilities

On the first night, I found more than 6 cockroaches and asked for room change. They changed my room the day after but still was not good condition. Internet is very very expensive one-day 350 baht, and there is no place to use internet for free (no business center. there is computer room but you still have pay for the internet)
I saw late checking-in woman had argue with reception desk. The guy at the reception was extremely rude to that woman and they may think that I cannot understand Thai language. I heard they were talking about that woman in very bad way.
However, the location was pretty okay, and the shuttle service to airport rail link was good.
Overall, don't trust the pictures they show and in the same condition you can find cheaper one. (I have stayed several hotels in Bangkok for businesses and visiting for several times) I think it's more like 2-stars hotel or very poorly equipped motel than hotel. If Baiyok wants to keep their reputation, they have to do something with this hotel.Hotel Facilities

I went on a trip to bangkok with my family for 5days and we stayed for 4nights. Upon researching on a few hotels, we decided to settle for Baiyoke Boutique due to its location and convenience. When we first arrived, we were told to pay an extra 600baht as our room is with an extra bed. Upon explaining that i've already paid when i booked the room, the guest relation officer who was a trainee then checked upon her manager and was agreeable on my statement. Small matter and fuss free. The only problem was there was a stench in the bathroom the whole 5days we stayed that doesn't go away. Uncool. Baiyoke boutique was located behind baiyoke sky and we had to walk through the carpark with a bad stench. Overall, buffet breakfast was mediocre, which can be missed if you are staying there for more than 3nights. Excellent bell service and concierge service to be recommended. Very helpful, very friendly. Remember to dine in at baiyoke sky international buffet with 50% discount voucher. Very worth it. Worth it even without the 50% discount. Overall stay was good. May consider to pay more at Baiyoke sky or others though.Hotel Facilities

There was no cupboard in the Deluxe room. The lighting was insufficient in the Standard room. In addition, the toilet's condition was not great. However, for the price and location, it was definitely worth staying there. Great looking reception area.Hotel Facilities

Benjamin from Ireland stayed in a Executive for 1 day.
The hotel is down a dirty smelly back alley, in the shadow of the bayoke sky hotel. Good area for shopping. There was rain flowing through the roof on our arrival, the whole place, including our room smelt of damp. The carpet was dirty, the cups for tea were from a different hotel, with a different name. The breakfast was shit. The kitchen, viewed through the occasional swinging door was filthy. Service was slow. Toilet was half un-tiled, naked wall. Decor was cheap, tacky. After shopping in the morning, we went back to find that our door's security lock had locked itself, we stood there for 30 minutes while staff opened it, no sorry, no apologies or anything. They took their time checking the room when we tried to check out, leaving us standing another 20 minutes while they chatted to each other. I wouldn't go back. Girlfriend says that she found the service ok, a better review than mine. We also initially picked the "executive delux room", only to be told after that we had to settle for delux room. We found out that there's no such thing as "executive delux", from another unsatisfied customer.
Dirty room, smelly, bad facilities, un-tiled room, bad decor. Nothing. Pay for internet, a pool table. They didn't give "a fiddlers fart!" Breakfast was shit. Nothing available upon arrival, (1am). Dirty carpet in corridor, rain coming through the cieling. Kitchen dirty, windows absolutely filthy. Toilet dirty. I'm not an asshole. I wouldn't do that to a mate. Good shopping, but killed it being down a dirty, smelly city alley. Only some scam artist taxi driver mate of someone in the hotel.

In general, my comments on Baiyoke boutique was good. However, one thing I am really uncomfortable was the air con which had given me problems. It was not cold at all and due to several adjustments to it, I still don't get the coolness that I want. Other than this, eveything was cool!Hotel Facilities

Good Location. Nice breakfast service. But room has a foul smell which we have to use prefurme to get ride of it. Noise level quite high as right behind the building is a railway track and there are construction carry on.Hotel Facilities
