Rated #21 for all Bangkok hotels

The hotel is at the end of a quite and tranquil Soi of Sukhumvit, which is well known and rather noisy area full of turists, souvenir stands and beer bars. Two stations of the Bangkok Sky Train are at few minutes walking, so the location should be rated as very good. But what is outstanding is that the rooms are large and clean with many convenient facilities such kichenet, internet, large TV screen, etc. An inconvenient is that there is only one elavator to all floors and it is slow....

Great location ! The staff very friendly and helpful and the room was spotless, clean as new. They also upgraded my room, made me very happy. The only thing I was not happy about at first was they have no views of the city but with the spotless clean room with a kitchen , 32 inch flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo, great price, location, oh and nice breakfast, well as Arnold would say " I will be back".

We've been there 2 times- once for 3 days and we loved it (we had 2 rooms double + single). The rooms are great breakfast is decent and there was efficient service. the second time was full of unhelpful service. we arrived early in the morning and were told to come back at 10 and get our rooms. we came back at 11 and were told that they have no rooms yet (although they offered us even before to pay for half a day and f\get a room immediately) when we told them they promised us a room an hour ago they said that check in time is 2 pm (what does it have to do with the time they said to us the room will be available). we sat in the lobby for over an hour! when i got a bit more acidic we suddenly got a room in 2 minutes... we had one room reserved for a night and the other for 2 nights. they gave us the second room at 2 pm. th next morning they asked us to move a room (the one we f\got at 2) and said they gave us an upgrade (we didn't ask for it) because we waited (but the room was given at the official check in time anyway). i got upset and asked to talk to the manager. the receptionist called him and suddenly we didn't have to move...we don't go on vacation to fight with hotel staff- it's a shame that the morning receptionist service (all the other staff was great) didn't live up to the level of the rest of the stay and really left us bitter/

An excellent option for a two or three night stay in Bangkok. Modern clean rooms, friendly, helpful staff and a good location.

The room was big enough and the place is new so everything is clean. It's in a quiet street but walking distance to the Metro and to most major shopping malls.

We loved Aspen Suites the rooms are very spacious, within walking distance to the sky train, although the hotel tuk tuk was available during the day.
