I stayed for 12 days and enjoyed all aspects of my stay. The staff was extremely well seasoned and very attentive to our every need. The location is excellent. The overhead rail service is only a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel. My wife and I took the rail service to the river and it was only a 10-15 minute trip to the mai ndock and cost us 70 baht round trip. There are several fine restaurants and shops all around the immediate area. I would definitley recomend this hotel to anyine who is on business or liesure travel. ...

Whie the room rate did not include breakfast, as it has on our previous stays at this hotel, we were upgraded to a larger room. The room also had free wi fi access. The hotel's location is very good being close to numerous restaurants, the Sky Train and the airport expressway. We would certainly consider this hotel again.

We stayed at this Amari a few years ago when our experience was not so favourable. This time we received excellent service and the stay, albeit for just one night, was excellent value, especially as we also enjoyed a room upgrade..

Swimming pool is not 100% safe for little children. Other than that, excellent food in breakfast, good, clean room and most important is the high level of service from the staff. We came with 2 little children and they answered our special requests in organising the room for us. Location is great.Very good restaurant just 20 meters from the hotel.

Nice deco. Hotel snug along a small road right next to a supermarket. Train station is only a few minutes walk away. Service staff are generally pleasant, but made me waited about an hour to check into the room. Booked a superior room, but was upgraded to a deluxe room for free maybe because they ran out of rooms. For the kind of price and the quality of the deluxe room, you can easily find another hotels much better than this in Bangkok.

When arrived, the receiption tried at first to offer me a better room, but not free of charge, i should pay 30 US Dollar more per night. Room was just average, i would say overpriced for Bangkok. You get a same room in Manhattan for only 35 US per night. Breakfast was marvellous.

The hotel was generally very good and it was only 3 minutes walking to the sky train which gives an excellent advantage to it. I have chosen superior room through hoteltravel.com. once i arrived there, the reciptionist was trying to market the delux room to me and to pay more for upgrade. I asked her that i want first to check my suprior room, unfortunatly the superior room was having bad smell and has two single beds which i don't like with my 2 childern and my wife. The floors of the superior rooms were uncleaned and look bad. Directly i went back to the reciptionist ask her to see her offer of the delux room, she dircted me with a guide to different elevators, seems they are in different tower than the one of the superior rooms but the floor was really very nice and smell good and execllent furnished. I paid 35 extra dollars/day and i got this beautiful delux room with an extra bed for my children.

Great location for shopping and Clubbing. Food was excellent and priced average for this type of Hotel. The Hotel should inform its guests that a 1,000 THB will be assesed for visitors, everyday that they stay.

Very disappoited. The rooms smelt of dampness - certainly not value for money compared with other hotels in Bangkok. The lobby wireless internet was unreliable and I was forced to purchase the room system on a daily charge for just 20 minutes usage time for which the hotel showed no sympathy.

Very Central and accessable using the sky trains. Bathroom was very small, TV channels need to be enhanced. Overall a very good experiance.
