i visited amari antrim because the hotel which we normally use was full but what a nice surprise the staff was absoutely wonderful the rooms were superb and the food was excellent to get to and from the hotel was real easy just walk outside and the girl consierge would call you a cab anytime i shall visit this hotel again as we were made very welcome good value...

We made this booking based upon previous experience some years ago, however, we had no warning as to the extent of renovation works in progress. Our room on the 7th floor had obviously just received a facelift, but the level of lighting was ridiculously inadequate, and we were overpowered by the noisy and smelly work being carried out all around us, both early in the morning and late in the afternoon. Reception facilities were very poor, catering for breakfast on the 4th floor was pretty disgusting for an hotel of this purported stature, and to cap it all, when we enquired of the concierge how much we should expect to have to pay for an outside taxi to the airport, we were told THB1500 (!). Having paid THB450 for an airport taxi to the hotel, and having been quoted THB500 on the street to return to the airport (which we happily accepted), we departed from the hotel with much disgust.

Room service food was excellent. However, the breakfast food selection and taste is awful. There is a very very limited choice for Indian vegetarians. There are many Indian vegetarians who visit Bangkok and Amari Atrium.

Nice room, we had a corner suite so can't comment on other rooms. Very friendly staff, can't complain at all. Location just 5-10 min from sukumvit rd so quite good. Breakfast was quite nice but overall a bit pricey for a bangkok hotel of that standard, it's not hard to find something very simillar for half the price.

The staff was excellent, i needed air tickets to phuket and the staff was so nice that they arranged for everything even though i had only asked for the information of the reservation office. Very nice people. The location could have been better as its a little far from the subway. But otherwise an excellent place and i would definitly recommend it to others

Very comfortable rooms, fully equipped. Service was prompt & with a polite bow & greeting.Breakfast arrangements & range & quality of food surpassed best of 5 star Hotels we stayed in. Concierge particularly helpful in suggesting routes, mode of transport & even arranging for our visit to Gem Factory for purchase which was real value for money.

The Amari Atrium is probably one of my favourite hotels worldwide which prompts me to stay there again and again. The location is close enough to central activities (taxi ride) and far enough away from the madding crowds. The standards are second to none and the food is great in all areas. Already stayed 4 times during 2005 and there on 2 more occasions before the year end! Great for long or short stays.

Good experience in staying at the Amari Atrium. The communication support is considered exellent, wherein they provide wifi internet connection (its a fast one ) at the hotel lobby where I can connect with my handheld device. Hotel Shuttle service is good to overcome the distance problem of the hotel with the bangkok life. One lack is the front desk, which I consider very important. The officers a bit stiff, stingy of smile. They need to be more friendly, since it is important for the customer to be welcomed warmly, particularly after been stucked in the traffic for 1-2 hours from the airport to the hotel.
