The entire staff at the Amari Bangkok Hotel Airport were extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. At lunch one of the waitresses accidently knocked over some of the food, drinks, etc. She was EXTREMELY apologetic and immediately brought out new items. The problem was instantly and easily solved. We also enjoyed the direct, connected access to the ariport, especially for a 4am flight to Tokyo! A very good choice especially if you have limited time in Bangkok and must make early flights....

My family stayed only one night since we were heading for Northeast Thailand in the morning. The upgrade to a business class room was very nice. Accomodations were very good to excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The only problem I saw was in the bathroom, the change in the step level from the bath area to the dressing area wasn't pronounced, and we hit our toes on the small step up to the dressing area sometimes. Overall it was a very good experience. We would have liked to experience the other facitilies the hotel offered. I would stay at this hotel again if given the opportunity.

I stay here all the time when traveling back to Thailand as its close to the domestic airport. For this reason it's perfect for me. The last couple of times I've been upgraded to the executive floor free of charge. Exec rooms are huge! Rooms are a little tired but in all a nice enough stay. The breakfast is okay but nothing special. There is a bar/restaurant but as I arrive after midnight there's noone there. There also seems to be alot of Chinese tour groups staying there. There is no shopping to be had around there and you would best choose your times wisely to catch cabs or use the limo service as the traffic can be bumper to bumper. In all good transit hotel.

No adapter available from hotel - couldn't charge my cell phone. Location is convenient for Dong Muang Airport, but that is the only thing this hotel has going for it.

Compared with the last time we stayed at the Amari Airport Hotel, there were no long lines of passengers, waiting to check out or check in this time, which surprised us. Just what did they do with those lines???

If you are looking for an overnight airport hotel this one is great. Collect your luggage at baggage claim, head for the exit and the walkway to the hotel is right there, ride the elevator to the walkway, 2 minutes you are in the lobby. Service was great both at the desk and room service also the breakfast buffet was the best I've seen. I have never had any experience travel wise go so smooth.

Not a bad visit, but noticeable that this was one of those hotels that gives you absolutely nothing for the room price and taunts you with lots of extras to purchase. That said it was in good condition for an oldish building, and the closeness to the airport can't be understated
