"The entire staff at the Amari Bangkok Hotel Airport were extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. At lunch one of the waitresses accidently knocked over some of the food, drinks, etc. She was EXTREMELY apologetic and immediately brought out new items. The problem was instantly and easily solved. We also enjoyed the direct, connected access to the ariport, especially for a 4am flight to Tokyo! A very good choice especially if you have limited time in Bangkok and must make early flights."

"My family stayed only one night since we were heading for Northeast Thailand in the morning. The upgrade to a business class room was very nice. Accomodations were very good to excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The only problem I saw was in the bathroom, the change in the step level from the bath area to the dressing area wasn't pronounced, and we hit our toes on the small step up to the dressing area sometimes. Overall it was a very good experience. We would have liked to experience the other facitilies the hotel offered. I would stay at this hotel again if given the opportunity."
