I like the gym facility most. On my last day, there are 2 hotel staffs open my rooms' door in the morning 5 oclock and closed it back once they realized there are guest inside. I chase to the door; they said sorry and walked away. I never tried to ask why as I was very sleepy at that time and forgot to mention it to the hotel front dest while check out.

Rooms comfortable and one or two staff members excellent. Spent some time with the hotel manager regarding a telephone issue and have to say revealed a gross lack of hotel management expertise which was emulated through the dissatisfaction of many of the staff. Public Transport, entertainment and dining accessability terrible. Comfort and furnishings of the hotel very good and tylish. due to accessibility and poor management, dining and bar facilities would prefer not to stay at this hotel again and have advised many Australian travel agencies not to consider this venue.

Faced with a rude and arrogant young man at the front desk upon arrival and a morgue-like atmosphere I desparately tried to find an alternative room but was unsucessful. I was reminded that overnight guests would cost an additional 700Baht which I find the implications insulting and unnecessary.This must rate as one of the most unfriendly and coldest hotels in Thailand. Avoid at all costs.
