The room and bed where big size, everything you need was there, even a kitchen! Every day the room was cleaned, and bed was made. At the front of the hotel was a tuk-tuk, and he could drive us everywhere for a fair price. We enjoyed our stay!! Only minus was that the clean up breakfast at 9.30, so if you like sleeping long time in the morning, or had a ruff night, you going to miss breakfast. David Ptito, Belgium
Nice hotel but a bit noisy from all the barges crossing by the river. A HotelTravel.com Member, Italy
The hotel seems to be almost dismissed, there were just 4 hosts... The position is awful, the staff is not as friendly as in other hotel we visited in Thailand and at the end of our stay the charged us the drinking water they told us was free. A positive point is the size of the room,Spacious and with a nice view on the river. but if I'll come back again in Ayutthaya I will chose a different hotel in the city center (it's difficult to find a tuk-tuk at midnight from downtown to the hotel, and the way back doesn't look so safe). There is some need of renovations at the bathrooms. But the rooms are large. Supawan Inbunna, Thailand
The staff was very polite but a few mishaps did occur. On our first day actually only being there for 3 hours went to order lunch from the menu. The first 2 dishes I ordered they didn't have it. Then I settled on the buffet. The waitress interupted me twice to get more food now because they will close the buffet. The second mishap was the last night at 11:30P.M. someone pulled the fire alarm on the third floor so they announced everyone must leave the building. I was sleeping and never heard it but my wife heard it and figured it all out. Overall a good experience with the hotel and your service too. Donald. A HotelTravel.com Member, Denmark
The hotel rooms were very big and clean wich was nice when traveling with kids. Allthough the hotel was of good standard the atsmosphere was not so good. The restaurent was to big and it made us feel alone. The breakfast was not that good allthough there was plenty of food. But the hotel has good location, and friendly staff. The hotel needs some work as it seems a little abandoned. Staff was really friendly, specialy on the front desk. It was a good value for money, although I think they should strongly think about caring it more. Moray Nairn, United Kingdom
Basic furnishings, air conditioning was noisy and ineffective. No pool, no gym, no frills! Not central in Auyutaya - some distance to travel to get to the temples. One main restaurant. Breakfast was small buffet, flies everywhere. Dinner was fine. A HotelTravel.com Member, United Kingdom
My main impression was of a friendly and helpful atmosphere and a very good restaurant. The main deficiencies were the lack of a properly equipped gym area, and a complete lack of a business centre (no on-site email connection). Overall however the hotel offered excellent value for money. Kathryn Hoverter, United States
Rooms were spacious and clean. Dinner on the outdoor deck overlooking the river was OK, but the best part was the river view and activity. Hotel must be on a tour route because just as we sat for our lunch, a couple tour buses dropped off a couple hundred people into the dining area. If you get the chance, take a boat tour. |
