We joined the river dinner and the food was almost not edable. It was cold and just not good at all. It was also very expensive. Other than that the hotel was fine for its price

1. Cockroaches were found during night in our room when lights turned on. Complained to reception staff, quite typical of Ayutthha was what they said.
2. English speaking channels, BBC and Channel 13 were intermittently soundless. Technical staff were sent but couldn't fix the problem. Blame was laid on poor reception.
3.Reception staff were not helpful in their attempts to book local limousine service for us. We felt their quoted price was overestimated. We had to make our own enquiries and found a much better price from a competitor (AOT Limousine Service) whose driver came up from Bangkok to pick us up. Found their staff were unhelpful and indifferent.
4. Found a leakage from a tap close to the toilet bowl making the bathroom floor continuously wet.
In conclusion, we will not select this hotel should be revisit Ayutthha again.

Kevin from Singapore stayed in a Standard for 2 days.
The hotel room is good but the facility there is old dated.
For example there is no wireless in the hotel.
If you would like to access to Internet, you need to go to their business centre.
Is it worth what you paid??
The room and their breakfast is good, but if they lower down their price it is an excellent place to stay.

We had two adjoining rooms-unfortunately, the air-conditionning on one of the room was below expectation-not cooling enough. The buffet breadfast has a good selection, rooms are clean and location is ideal.

Singh from Malaysia stayed in a Standard for 1 day.
I got the highest floor. havce nice view of the chao phraya river and the town.
Standard room is equal to a deluxe room. It have beautiful swimming pool and sauna. In the evening, the cool wind blow very strongly. Ayuthaya is a small town. The hotel located very near to railway station. It is 15 minutes ride from town . It cost me 140 bath by a tuk-tuk to take me to the town.. Anyway the town is realy dead. I feel the cost of travelling is expensive since there is no taxi and tuk tuk outside of the hotel.

Only thing that prevents excellent was lack of coffee making facilities. The wrong side of the bridge for town. Ok in the day but felt cut off at night.

Thais celebrate Buddha’s birthday. Local Wats (Buddhist Temples) celebrate by holding candlelit processions. A tourist may take part in these parades and it can prove great fun.
