If you’ve ever wondered which hotels other customers regularly choose, here’s your chance to find out. Every year we reveal the hotels that have proved the most popular with our customers in the past 12 months. These range from small lodges and inns to magnificent five-star resorts. Value for money and location seem to be the deciding factors for many customers.
This year we take a look at the best-selling hotels in our ten most popular destinations, ranging from Singapore and Manila to London and Milan. For the first time, we also include a selection of extracts from customer reviews to give you an idea of why customers rate these hotels so highly.

Michelangelo Hotel Milan **** Milan, Italy
Popular among business travellers, the Michelangelo Hotel Milan is conveniently located only 500 metres from the Central Railway Station. With more than 1600 rooms, the Royal National Hotel is a destination in itself, with shops and an ATM in the foyer. Situated near fashionable Bloomsbury, close to the British Museum and tube station, it is within walking distance of Covent Garden, Oxford Street, the West End and Piccadilly Circus.

Expo Hotel *** Valencia, Spain
