Room was huge and clean and well appointed. Broadband Internet was available and was free. TV only provided Chinese channels inspite of brochures beside it detailing CNN, BBC, HBO etc.
Hotel did not accept my Priority Club card. Reception was very apologetic and gave a NTD500 voucher as compensation.Staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful.
Room service was used - it was promt and efficient but the food was below average.
Wide breakfast buffet was included - lots of choce and good quality.
Would definitely use this hotel again and recommend it....

The Hotel is a simple and rather old hotel, located in an anonymous area. The romm I've been given, at 15th floor, was large, clean and well equipped.
