Hotel is very good & staff co-operative. We loved our stay.
Language was a problem. Even the English speaking staff could not understand SALT & PEPPER. We have to go to the Restaurant to show it from the table.
The biggest draw-back is non availability of free use osf Internet facility in this age, when internet today is a necessity. A HotelTravel.com Member, Singapore
Not so bad but quite some distance away from train station, breakfast not so appetising and I'm disgusted with the sudden lost of water while bathing halfway. Equipped with most 5 star hotel concept. Water runs out halfway while bathing.
Quite location, some distance away from MRT. Food not very appetising. John Venables, United Kingdom
Good points: Free wireless internet, reasonable location. Good breakfast. Clean rooms and decent decor. Large widescreen TV with a good selection of English speaking cable channels such as CNBC, BBC World, Nat Geographic, Bloomberg etc.
Bad points: I was on the 11th floor. You can could see right down to the ground floor from outside my room (inside the hotel). This meant that all noise from the ground floor upwards is audible in the room. In the evening it was very noisey. Also during my stay the hotel had a power cut on two occasions (perhaps just my unlucky timing).
Gym is average but a bit on the small side. A HotelTravel.com Member, Australia
