An excellent hotel for the money, some areas in need of a freshen up. Staff were all very helpfu. Perfect loaction for business trips and holidays a like.

I like best the people. Room standard excellent, because they are big rooms, tastely furnished, good light and quiet. The ones outside greeting the guest, the concierge, porter, bell boys,people at the desk real good firendly and polite wich is good for image. the other important thing is that is quiet inside the hotel .the food is good, breakfast is excellent in the avbergare a good place to relax, and visit, have a good location. l. Now what I didnot like are the carpet in the hallways are not very new and they look a little worn out. The hotel have all the facilities to have a good time in Taipei. excellent service, required to hire a taxi, to cash money, to ask for information etc................. we have breakfast most of everyday, and it was well prepared and the place is was clean. all the people we spoke, ask for information etc were real helpful.

Very friendly staff and very good facilities at the hotel. You are always met with a smile and a nice comment when leaving or arriving to the hotel. The only disadvantage was the price of the breakfast that was not included in our price. Anyway, there is a Starbucks next to the hotel. We had a standard room, and being used to European hotels it´s about the same standard. Nice lobby, swimming pool and gym. The swimming pool is located at the 5th floor together with the gym. Unfortunately it´s not a very cosy place to relax at as it´s surrounded by high buildings and a noisy street. Very good service! 1) Location's great! There're lots of great coffee shops, restaurants and shopping mall around the hotel. 2) Rooms are old and moldy. 3) Hotel staff is friendly and helpful, service's good.
