"The hotel's location was definitely spot on; it was right on top of the Taipei Main Station MRT which was also the main station for all lines. There were ample shops and restaurants outside the hotel and always busy; another spot on for security. The room was spacious and comfortable; we have no complaints about this hotel. One thing to mention is the very accommodating and courteous bellboys; always on hand to greet and help in directions. Would definitely stay at this hotel when we visit Taipei again. Hotel travel gave us a Very prompt in confirmation of our hotel."

"Hotel is comfortable with excellent location. I liked the free wireless internet connection for those with laptops. The room also has a safe and free mineral water. The problem is that although the train station is conveniently located directly under the hotel, it is only accessible through a long flight of stairs. There should be a lift or at least an escalator from the train station concourse directly to the hotel lobby, for those with heavy luggage and the elderly. What's strange is that the nice restaurants at the basement of the hotel are also only accessible by a narrow flight of stairs to the sidewalk outside the hotel, but not to the hotel lobby. The accessibility really needs to be improved, as this means that my elderly mother had to walk more than 40+ steps from the train station to the hotel lobby every day.Size of room was good, bed was comfortable. Free wireless internet for those with laptops, room safe, free mineral water. Although no pool but they have a roof garden with a tiny pool for guests to swim in. Generally polite and helpful. I wish they could have extended my check-out by one hour at least since my flight was in the evening. Just above the train station, with lots of shops and eating places nearby. Just above the train station, but too bad only accessible by many long flights of stairs. Quiet considering it is in the middle of the city. "
