The room had a great view of the city and metro station. The rooms were kept in impeccable condition. There was free 30-minute laptop rental, 8 restuarants, one bakery, and sushi ball shop. There were money exchanging facilities. They really do treat you like a member of the family. I had bought fruit one day (with no knife). The next day, the staff noticed and brought in knives and plates for me! Now that's service! When you come and go, you are greeted with a friendly smile! This wasn't the newest of hotels, but it was clear that the staff kept the building immaculate. This hotel made my stay in Taiwan and absolutely amazing experience! Location cannot be beat. Literally walk out of the hotel straight to a subway station! Black mercedes with greeter at the airport... can't beat that!

What I liked the most: the hotel location, cleanliness, and service. What I liked the least: the standard (or single) room size is small, the air conditioning (or AC) is not strong enough like hotels in Malaysia, Hong Kong, Europe, and the U.S. The lowest room temperature you can set is 18 degree C and even that the room is not cool enough and the room is hot with more than one person in the room with an outdoor temperature of around 25 degree C during winter. I can't imagine if one had to stay in during summer.

Rooms were a bit small for what you pay. Bathroom was small: not enough bench space and no hangers for towels. The service and location make up for it though. Staff were very good and location was close to public transport and shops.

The location is a sure winner. The hotel staff are very professional and are always helpful.
We stayed for a duration of 4 days in this hotel. The room are well maintained and comfortable. Will choose to stay in this Hotel again upon our next visit to this wonderful Country.
