"The lobby was grand in a Chinese way and the room (and carpet, often a problem) was clean and well-maintained. The in-town location was what we were looking for and was quiet. The TV had only local stations in Chinese, surprising for a business hotel; the hotel was used chiefly by Chinese and foreign tour groups while we were there. The receptionist had trouble finding our reservation because it was listed not under my name but rather under my title: Prof. This made for a few moments of anxiety after a long day of travel but the HotelTravel.com reservation coupon did the trick.
