"When I checked in I was told that the room I had requested was not available and I was offered a less covenient choice by a not very polite front office guy, in fact I felt insulted. I asked for the manager who handled the problem in a minute and upgraded me to a premier room. The room was very nice, the room service was excellent, the other staff were consistently helpful and efficient. I stayed for three nights and would definitely return as it was good value for the cost and a very pleasant place to stay."
