The hotel is good, the rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and courteous, the place is very safe and peaceful, the view of the harbour is very relaxing. My complaints are: there are very few tv channels to choose from, there is no CNN, the pillows are not very comfortable, it is too soft.

This is a hotel with somewhat older facility - while it is considered luxurious and comfortable, the decor and part of the facilities does show its age. Location wise, it is not really in the heart of Kaohsiung but the riverview made it up. Overall, this hotel is not my top choice but it's still suitable for business travelers.

This is a very well run hotel. I would certainly use this hotel again.
