we used the hotel as i wanted to share the happy days my parents had spent there with my family and son. we wre there for bussiness and pleasure.. iwas dissapointed and as there was no plug ifor the bath and i really prefer bath to shower. the basin was blocked and did not drain properly, and i was sad to see the next morning at breakfast we were made to sit at the very back of the dining room as we were non smokers The smokers were allowed the nicer window seating in the front. When the next morning i did lodge a complaint about the bathroom problems a very friendle concierge agreeed to give us a rebate as compensation... we then were told this was not possiblr as we had paid on internet in advance. I must say i did not want to make a fuss and they did apologize for the inconvenience and promised to sort the room aout for the next customer. coming from south africa this seidehof which for my family had been a household name we were dissapointed.. My parents were mr and stucken who were frquently in your hotel..... i am grateful for having been given this opportunity to share our dissapointment.. with you.. kind regars ulli haw. geborene stucken
