I have two criticisms. First, The most notable problem were the extremely high prices for dinner in the two restaurants at the hotel. I have never paid 25 Francs for a cheeseburger in my life and I did not intend to begin that night. My wife and I ended up eating very mediocre Chinese noodle and fried rice dishes with a 6 Franc half-liter bottle of water for 33 Francs. This is not the place to eat dinner, but there are no other restaurants around and you have no other choices. To be fair, I must say that the complimentary breakfast that was served in the morning was excellent, which is the only reason I don't rate Food and Beverage Outlets as Awful. Second, the airport shuttle in the morning was extremely disorganized because the hotel staff failed to establish a queue for the service. When the shuttle arrived, guests from the hotel (and those from another adjacent hotel who really shouldn't have been using the Moevenpick Hotel Zurich-Airport shuttle) made a mad rush for the shuttle with no regard for who was there first. Arguments broke out, the driver didn't know who to let on the shuttle, and confusion reigned. The hotel needs to improve this service on busy mornings when many people need to get to the airport. Excellent stay close to the airport. Essential as I had to take the first shuttle at 05.25 to get to the airport in time for my flight.
