Though the standard room was kinda old...it was well maintained. There was a new LCD TV in the room..and the bed was very comfortable. Could have been better if they provided kettle for boiling water in the room...though they provide free bottle of mineral water daily. The hotel is 15mins from the city...but was well connected by a 5mins walk to the tram station. Take tram no. 3 to reach the Main Train station (Banhofplatz)..and all the sightseeing, travelling, eating and souvenir hunting can be done from there. Overall...am glad that i stayed at Crowne plaza zurich during summer...cause i und...

Everything was Crowne Plaza except the quality of the rooms! Really dated rooms, poor aircon, disappointing.
