Very nice hotel in a good location, but what makes it special is the staff, they were so polite and helpful, i was following the Tour De France and had some problems with my bike, they took me to a bike shop, translated what i needed doing and brought me back.
I will be taking my family to this hotel next year, many thanks forall help and patience...

Location very good, it is an old building, with old furniture but not in very good condition, the personal is not doing its job carefully-they don't give details about the city and about the places that we can visit during our stay, they give us only a phrase - "go to the turist info center in the town!!!". we ordered two rooms because we are two adults and two childrens and the rooms are: one of the end of the coridor and another one at the oposite end of the coridor. We enjoy the city! and the lake!
