we didn't have a lakeview room which was a disappointment but our room was fine. location of hotel is superb - handy to train station downtown lakefront, tram to mountains, quai all the way to France etc. meals were good not great. concierge staff helpful but rather young and lacking in confidence and extra level of customer service. A very satisfying visit, if a bit expensive....
