My wife and I stayed 3 nights. Our first night was in a room on the 1st floor. The room was very small and noisey since the window opened to the busy street below. The next day we asked to be moved to a different room and they accomodated us. We did not ask to move until late in the afternoon which was difficult for them since all rooms had be cleaned and prepared for the the nextnight's guests. But they found us a room and allowed us to check it out before we moved our things. All in all the staff was helpful. They have an internet site in the lobby (2 CHF/15 minutes). They only charged us once even though we used it several times. The breakfast was the best of our 9 night European vacation before we moved on to England. It had fresh bread, cereals, yogurts, cold meats, hot bacon & scrambled eggs, juices, fresh fruits, coffee and tea. All in all the staff was effecient and helpful, the location is next to the train station, and the food was good. A good stay.
