Plus: downtown location, quiet rooms (but 6 a.m. long tolling of very close church bells) Minus: far away parking, breakfast on low side of average for Europe, sparsely furnished rooms. Cheap furnishing, no airconditioning, TV grainy. The hotel has no "spirit" and is expensive for what you get.
