This is a long-established hotel in the very centre of Lausanne and a tribute to the Swiss tradition of their Ecole Hoteliere. Very clean room, very good facilities - everything you might want. I did not really use any of the facilities but they seemed OK. Very friendly and efficient staff - nothing too much trouble. Very good restaurant and nice bar. Location could not be better - bang in the middle of Lausanne and practically on Place St François. Place St François offers all kinds of transport - taxis within seconds. Also airport link

hotel in excellent location near shops and areas of interest, near bus stop. wonderful views of lake but did not have lake view.

As I said in the questionaire everything was fantastic in that hotel ,I especially appreciated the confort and the furniture of the room , the quality of the buffet breakfast (all first quality products and brands which is not always the case in other hotels);the only little problem was the temperature of the room (too hot) which I could never adjust properly so that I sometimes slept badly,otherwise it was a very nice holiday!!!
