Interlaken Sightseeing

The Jungfraujoch is Europe's highest railway station, lying at 350 metres above sea level and the ride is stunning. The station has been up here for more than a century and although somewhat of an expensive trip, it really is worth it. Interlaken actually has its own airport right in the city centre, although Bern-Belp is the nearest international airport to Interlaken. Flights here are minimal when compared with Zurich International Airport and Geneva-Cointrin Airport, however, which are about equidistant from Interlaken.
