Crystal Hotel Interlaken will not be recommanded by us base on our 4-nights' stay:
1. When we arrived Interlaken, it was just hailed, we were cold and hungry. I tried to have some food in the restaurant, but they service only drink after 8:00pm. I tried to asked for some hot water and was replied would be charged 3CHF per bottle. At last the old lady gave me an electricity kettle for free;
2. In our last day in Interlaken, the room phone was called at about 11:30am, the old lay of receptionist said "Have your everything and get out before eleven!" through the very noisy phone. Before that, we haven't been informed that the check-out time is 11:00am rather than 12:00am. Although I can understand that her English is not good, but the attitude can hardly be accepted.
3. No icebox in room. It seems that the electric power supply in the hotel has some problem.
4. Price is too high for a 3-star hotel. |
