Hotel stay was smooth. We were given a voucher to use transportation means, like buses, trains, etc. free of charge within Geneva. Also, the hotel is near a bus stop which makes it conveneient to go around and near carrefour where you can buy what is needed from there.

The clerk at the desk was a little abrubt when I asked for help with the computer(which I think should be free) not the help, but the computer. Then I asked for an ice bucket and was handed a cup. Not what I'm used to in america. The room was fine and the ride to the airport was right on time.
