Hotel staff were unhelpful. Location was good, right opposite the train station. Shops and restaurants were near the hotel. The hotel faced a carpark though, thus there will be some noise.

Hotel is situated in a very good centralized location but very noisy (noise could be heard even from the 4th floor with closed windows!). No aircondition in the rooms. Very very poor breakfast. Room cleaning was also poor.

Breakfast excellent, room unfriendly and dark. Bathroom clean but oldfashioned. Gentleman at reception was polite, curt, unapproachable and unfriendly. If he hates his job so much he should quit! Breakfast staff very friendly. Location brilliant for sightseeing. Would recommend because of its location but only for one night! Would not return there if possible!!! Room too dark and oldfashioned. No main light in the room, bathroom needs updating. Folding bed made available for my son. No facilities available. Breakfast staff under pressure, polite and willing to help us, Reception staff VERY UNAPPROACHABLE!! Breakfast was lovely, loads of breads and cheeses available, staff friendly. Was not charged for my son's breakfast, thank you. Bathroom needed updating and I felt it could do with a steam clean around the bath. Horrible tiles and the room was so dark, it was hard to tell if it was clean or not!! Very close to the main tourist area. Recommend? No and Yes, depending on the type of stay, if you want a nice bright holiday hotel, this is not the place for you. If you only want a room for the night, this would be ok, good location
