Very good location, staff are friendly and efficient. Restaurant only provide breakfast, but it's fine as there are many restaurants around. Good rating overall. The room has everything you need. Still acceptable as we cannot expect a 58-room hotel with everything. Stall are helpful for all the enqueires and with efficeint check-in and check-out. Restaurant only provide breakfast, we are only allow to have the bread, but not the yoghurt, cheese, cold cut, cornflakes, it's so mean to the travellers. They gave our key to another client. When we came back, we found a case inside our room. The warming is very high, and there are no blanquets, but feather comforters! I couldn´t sleep! Too much hot! And now, flu!.

Very Loud construction noise just outside the hotel from before 7:oo AM until 8:00 PM. Good place to stay if not for the jackhammers

Hotel is excellent, great design, but service is basic. Rooms large and well equipped. Lots of restaurants/ bars outside, but none at the actual property. Parking is the BIG problem, there is none, and to park at the train station over the road was very expensive. If without a car, you could not get a better location in Bern.
