Had booked one twin and one double room. The double room was okay, if surpprisingly without a TV. The twin room we were offered was awful - smelled like a damp cloth and had mouldy walls and ceiling, rusty fan. We complained and were given a somewhat improved twin room - this one had a TV and somewhat better furnishings, but still smelled. The hotel complex itself is nice, very lush and green, also the food was pretty good. Very close to the fascinating Sigiriyya rock, beautiful views. But beware - the quality of rooms differs widely, and there's no way of knowing what you'll end up with.
