Club Hotel Dolphin is located in a small village called Waikkal on the scenic north-western coast, which is just over an hour from the capital city Columbo, and about half an hour from the main International airport. Waikkal is a fishing village, but roof tile production is another main industry. Visitors here can join the fisherman on a catamaran as they set sail early morning, or take a boat trip down the Dutch canals through the quaint town of Negombo.
