What a super place to stay - clean , tidy, tranquil and the staff were fantastic.For a Sri- Lanka Hotel it can become a little expensive if you choose to eat off the a la carte menue and drink the wine.But compared to a UK Hotel it is still cheap.
I bought a ring from the jewellery shop on the premises and I am confident that I got a good deal!
I would highly recommend this Hotel and hope to stay there again.

Fire the floor manager, I couldn't properly function and do my business, the reason of my stay and even worst, I almost lost a huge contract because I couldn't print materials due to the lack of experience and efficiency of the floor manager and waisted 2 hours of discussion, just to clear the room of leave my luggage! I made complaints and they know what I mean

Room is spacy and good enough. Buffet breakfast was poor on monday. It is located about 10 minutes from town and quiet.

regarding question 2 above, i have an important observation;
A- The TV channels was not working probably,very bad, no channels for kids.
B-there was a big noise from upper floor due to movement of the residents .
otherwise the hotel is very good,,
