In spite of making me wait for 30 mins at the time of check in beccause of voucher they were wonderfully courteous & nice. one of the best service and hospitality i have seen. i enjoy every thing there & feel at home....

Breakfast main course could have been hot and better cooked i.e. eggs etc., bacon was composed of 'bacon shaped' spam.

Very clean, spacious room with all the little (but necessary) amenities...perfect for the business traveler! Great location and incredible view overlooking Colombo. Good service...staff was prompt and courteous. We requested an early check in (at 7 am) and no problem! Everyone strives hard to please. We've stayed at other Colombo hotels, and the Hilton is definitely the most posh. 7 restaurants, nice pool across the bridge and a fantastic location on Slave Island...we would definitely stay here again! Good value for our experience.
Everything needed at your fingertips! Great entertainment (bars/restaurants), gym facilities (sauna/massage/swimming pool), and shopping opportunities.

Great location in the heart of downtown Colombo. The view overlooking Slave Island is excellent. Hotel transport available but its cheaper to negotiate on your own on the economy
