One thing was that the Tour Operator appeared to never be there to assist us and we missed out on the tours. Also, the elevators are in need of repair/replacement. We got stuck on the elevator as the doors jammed and they were also very slow. More times than not we chose to use the stairs. Aside from these two minor inconveniences we had a great stay and will be coming back. The room was very clean and comfortable along with the entire hotel.
