Excellent location, very close to the old town and all amenities and a short walk from the train station. Check-in was smooth and uncomplicated and the concierge was friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves are comfortable and clean. The tv is small, although you are not in Santiago to watch tv! The airconditioning works, which is vital on hot, muggy evenings and after a day walking around or at the end of your Camino. No room service is a bit of a disappointment, especially for weary travellers arriving late in the evening who just want something to eat in the comfort of their room.Overal...
