Staff very friendly especially at reception. Swimming Pool closed and this was the reason to book this hotel - dissapointing as other reviews have noted that this happened also. A bit of a walk to Cathedral. Not quite a four star hotel.
The comfort in the room was excellent. Glad to have sport channel in any language. Bathrobe and toiletries were lovely.
Dissappointed that swimming pool closed and this was the reason to choose the hotel. Also I rang several times ahead of visit and was not made aware of this.

Excellent. Details of hotel were posted out to my family ahead of their visit as I requested by phone. Man at reception was exceptionally nice and service throughout hotel was always good. Breakfast was nice. Sometimes hot food a little delayed. Very happy with room cleaning service.
