The Parador De Ronda Hotel, in Malaga, occupies the city’s former Town Hall. Rooms have been dolled up considerably since the days when this was a politically oriented property. Ronda’s is also near the vertigo-educing Puente Nuevo Bridge. There’s a spectacular view to 120-metre river through which a gorge runs through. Fab Andalusian dishes are served in the hotel’s restaurant.
