After reading the fantastic reviews about this hotel, I was expecting great things from this hotel. I was very disappointed however. The room was small, and badly laid out(The TV was facing the window rather than the bed). The hotel website advertises as having reclining beds but this was not the case. There were no extra pillows though the website claims to have a pillow menu and when I asked for the extra pillows I was told I would have to wait until the following day as the housekeeper was not on duty. The hotel is not bad for an average hotel but the price does not not reflect the standard.
