The rooms are correctly but there was much noise when the neighbours take water for bath or douche. The food was good but not every day enough. The pans where at 10 oclock solden.

Clean, bright, with balcony, perfect location. Only problem the heat-- old fashion radiators that cannot be turned off, kept window open and heard traffic noise. Lovely buiding.

Beautiful room with great view of Gran Via, and wonderful breakfast. It was the nicest hotel I stayed on during my three week tour of Spain and Italy.

The breakfast was included and very good, and the bar was nice with good prices. The room was a tiny corner room and even though they say it has been refurbished this only extends to a lick of paint on concrete walls. The rooms are uncomfortable like the bed, and there is no sound proofing so everyone can hear everything going on on the floor. The bathroom is clean and new, the shower head was awkwardly placed and flooded the bathroom and room if your not extremely vigilant. The airconditioning is centrally controlled and even though there were 26 degree days and hot nights, the staff would not turn it on...until summer? We opened the winow for some relief but the street noise kept us awake all night. The staff di not want to help, and I continually waited at a staffed reception while the staff attended tio spanish speakers before attending to us. All in all, a great location, but not a good place if you want comfort and sleep. I wouldnt stay here again.

Value for money, ideal city centre location for sightseeing and shopping. Three metro stations within 5 minutes, so easy to get around - i would use this hotel again for my next visit.
