We regreted so much to have been to this hotel. I've asked at the moment of check in,for a higher room, for a good one, the clerk in the reception gave us the worse room -I believe- in the all hotel. Didn't mattter all my words. There were spots lights directed to our windows during the all nights. The room when we arrived wasn't well clean, lots of cottons flying in the floor. The coverlets were dirties. The walls of the room with many springs, cracks, and there were mildew, mould at the ceiling of the bath tub ( the bath room. ). My husband is allergic to mildew. And he became sick.Only a few channels to watch TV, miserable in everything they could be. We really didn't watch the TV, no program at all. We hated so much to be at that hotel. We'll never be a guest to a place like this.Never more. We travel three or four time a year because my daughter lives in Aachen, Germany and we have never ever been in a hotel like this. Last December, January, we have been 21 days at a hotel in Aachen, this year in April, we've been for 11 days as well in Aachen, so you can imagine the kind of clients you problably missed. And it's for sure that well be travelling again next August and.... I should have say poor. They don't have a person to help with the lugagge and no small charriots to put the bags. And the are stairs. Very difficult to climb carring luggage till the elevator. This opinion is only about the breakfast. There were lots os offers, but the quality.....It doesn't matter if somebody offers a lot of things it must be good. It's just some minutes far from La Puerta del Sol, and just minutes from El Corte Ingles, and very near to Imperial Palace. We contract a transfer to take us to the airport. It was okey.
