Melia hotels do not provide the following basic services:
No Tea and coffee facilities in rooms and they have no idea how to serve tea with milk in restaurants
Ironing board and irons not available - impossible to freshen clothes up if arriving afternoon and have to go out same night.
Self service laundry services not available
Beds are far too hard - like concrete !!!!!
