Right next to rail station so excellent for tavelling. Rooms were ok for size and clean and tidy but pillows very hard and bed squeaky. Good value for money when booked thru hoteltravel.com. No tea or coffee making facilities in room but this appears normal for Spanish hotels.

A nice hotel with a very good conection to both the center of Madrid and the businesarea in the north. The subwaystation was located under the hotel.

--- The above evaluation was made on the basis of ``cheap'' price provided by Hoteltravel.com. In fact my friends paid more money without including breakfast since the other agency made the reservation. ---
1. 41 Euros for one-week internet connection but the speed was extremely slow and frequently-disconnected. The personnel from the internet company could not fix the problem.
It seems not only a problem of Husa Chamartin but a problem of Spain.
2. It took more than ten minutes for both checking-in and checking-out.
3. About 16 Euros by Taxi from the Hotel to the airport when three persons share the taxi.
4. If you arrive at the hotel around midnight like 11:30PM ON A DAY WITH A BIG MATCH(soccer), your reservation can be cancelled even you have a confirmation letter. One of my friends who did not make the reservation by this Hoteltravel.com experienced such bad thing.
