I found the hotel staff friendly and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised by the roof terrace pool. The rooms were exactly as they appeared on the web site. The quality of the breakfast was very good and the times servrd were excellent.We also enjoyed having a balcony.The room was very clean. Good size room which was clean with good furnishings, including an electric bed. The only thing I did not like was the fact that the mini fridge in the room did not work. room was well cleaned every day, fresh towels supplied daily.

hotel was in a great location just off the square. Rooms were spacious and clean and we didn't hear any noise. Breakfast was good, something there to suit everybody, would definately stay there again.

Nice lobby with a comfortable lounge area. Breakfast room was bright and airy. The swimming pool on the roof terrace was lovely. Friendly staff who were always happy to help. Breakfast hot buffet was always hot. Request for more butter, jam or any other foodstuff were met with a smile. Check in was quick and efficient as was checkout. Locatin is right in the heart of Barcelona, just off the main square. Two minutes walk from where the airport bus drops you off. right on the doorstep for the tourist bus,metro and airport bus. Considering the location right in the heart of the city this hotel is excellent value for money.
