Ulsan is a city in the south of South Korea that is the location of the Hyundai Corporation’s headquarters. Despite only being the country’s seventh largest city, it plays host to a number of world firsts: it is home to the world’s largest car assembly line, the world’s largest shipyard and the world’s largest oil refinery. Suffice to say, it is a major industrial city. Ulsan also has impressive places to see including the Mt Gaji Seoknam Temple, the Amethyst Caves, Paraeso Waterfall, Ulgi Park, the Ulsan hot springs and Daeun Mountain Valleys. Ulsan hotels are both modern and comfortable at convenient locations around the city.
